1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Bed Bug Experts Leicester Ltd website and the pest control services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide professional bed bug treatment services including heat treatment and spray treatment across the East Midlands. All services are subject to a prior inspection and written quotation.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes following inspection.

4. Booking & Scheduling

Once you accept a quotation, we will schedule treatment at a mutually agreed date and time. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

5. Preparation Requirements

We provide preparation instructions before treatment. It is the customer's responsibility to follow these instructions. Failure to prepare the property adequately may affect treatment effectiveness and could void the guarantee.

6. Treatment Guarantee

All treatments are provided with a written guarantee. The guarantee covers re-treatment at no additional cost if bed bugs return within the specified guarantee period, provided that:

• The property was prepared according to our instructions
• No new sources of infestation have been introduced (e.g., second-hand furniture)
• All follow-up appointments (for spray treatment) were completed

7. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments.

8. Liability

We carry full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by the infestation prior to treatment, or any consequential losses.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Bed Bug Experts Leicester Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
